  • Wholesale Orders (Minimum 300 pcs):
    Processing time ranges from 7 to 30 business days, depending on order size, design specifications, and customization requirements.

  • Australian Orders:
    Orders are assembled and inspected according to Australian standards. Processing time is usually 5–10 business days before dispatch.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Within Sri Lanka:
    We use reliable courier partners for island-wide delivery. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping (Including Australia):
    We ship internationally using trusted logistics services. Delivery time is usually 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Sri Lanka:
    Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Australia & Other International Orders:
    Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination country. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your order.
